Brass Full Mortise Square Corner Hinge 3.0" x 3.0"

All hinges have a slight offset leaf which provides a clearance of .062" when leaves are and parallel. Equipped with two anti-friction ball bearing assemblies. All hinges have template screw hole locations for use on either wood or hollow metal doors and frames. Furnished standard with solid brass Philips head wood screws, undercut, fully threaded to the head. Inner leaf is beveled to ensure tightest possible fit and to enhance hinge appearance. Use three hinges on doors up to and including 7.5 feet and one additional hinge for each additional 2.5 feet.
