The Barrington BA09 institution knob set has a deadlocking latch bolt is operated by key in the knob from either side. Both knobs are always locked. The Barrington series has positive spring catch to keep knob from slipping off or being pulled off, heavy gauge cold rolled steel internal mechanism and is UL listed with a 3 hour fire rating.
