Single Sided Dead Latch with Exterior Trim

Cal-Royal manufactures security door hardware, locksets, door closers, exit devices, and dead bolts for residential, commercial, and institutional uses. Their door locks and locksets have been used for over 20 years and have been used in house design and remodeling, school and health care security, and other commercial locking applications. Single sided deadbolts are the perfect solution for doors where a backup lock is needed, or anywhere that only needs to lock from one side. The lock is locked and unlocked by a push turn on the inside, and a blank exterior trim is all that shows on the outside.

One-piece solid brass housing for extra strength.
Hardened steel tail piece.
Pick resistant solid brass 6 pin tumbler plug.
