The deadbolt locks and unlocks from the outside with a key and from the inside with a thumbturn while the latch is operated by the thumb piece outside and the knob or lever inside. Great set but order not filled properly. Date: June 4, 2008
"This set was not keyed like all the other sets that I ordered. I ordered the Emtek specifically b/c it could be keyed like my others. I had a locksmith install them, assuming they were keyed properly. Not sure what the best thing to do is at this point."
