"The passage leverset received had a defect in the casting of the threaded bolt receiver which failed to align with the holes in the passage tubular latch bolt. The door passage leverset was still serviceable after breaking the off the top third of the cast bolt receiver on one side, allowing alignment with the holes in the tubular latch."

"I installed 12 sets of these handles in one afternoon with ease, they look great and work well. The handles are a little "light weight" compared to highend designer handles but for the price I paid to change out all of the handles in my home I feel these handles are a bargain."
