Is this lockset handed

A. This lockset is not handed, it's universal and fully adjustable for 2-3/8 and 2-3/4 backsets.

How would this lock hold up on an exterior restroom door?

A. The Schlage B571 can be used outside. The durability does depend on the weather conditions. It should do well in moderate conditions. It is best to not use the bronze finishes outdoors because the color will change more quickly over time.

Will the emergency key unlock and lock the deadbolt?

A. The emergency key will not lock the deadbolt. It will only release the lock so the door is able to be opened.
