"found what i needed in a local hardware store...looked online for a better price and found a much better price with handlesets.com. purchasing process was very easy...I made a mistake when I ordered and handlesets.com made the exchange process easier than expected. the only thing i didn't like was I was going to be charged for return shipping but it makes sense considering how afforable the handlesets were and the fact that i was the one who screwed up...as much as i'd like it, you can't just give this stuff away. :)"

How do you determine handing

A. Thank you for your question. Handing is determined by standing on the outside of the door and looking to see what side the hinges are on. If the hinges are on the left, it is a left handed door.

do you sell this dummy with handles on both sides of the door ( right and left hand)

A. The Schlage F170-ACC-LH does not come in a dummy set. You would need to purchase the F170-ACC-LH and the F170-ACC-RH to make a complete set.
