"I ordered several locks for a remodel. The locks were ugly and stuck out a lot in the door. I wanted a more modern and subtle look, so this was not for me. Also, compared with Baldwin, the quality was not quite there. However, you get what you pay for, so if you spend $$ for Baldwin you get quality. I sent all the locks back and bought Baldwin instead."

"I chose this product because it was highly rated by Consumer Reports. I had no problems installing it. The finish looks good and the lock functions as it should. It's resistance to break in has not been tested so I can't comment on that."

"I bought two of these to replace some really cheap deadbolts that were failing after only 8 years. These work well, look good, and were a good value. The only problem I had was that one of them was a little dry and I had to grease it up to make it work smoothly."

Great product, slightly tricky install

"Overall, instructions and template were clear. Since this was a first time install, I got the holes right on the door, but the main hole in the jamb was off. (its my fault, used the wrong center). Luckily, the bolt still fit correctly when I moved the strike plate. A little wood fill next time we paint will cover everything up. Be careful drilling your door and jamb!"
