  • Meets BHMA Grade 1 and UL Rating A certification for extreme durability and three (3) hour fire rating
  • Mechanical pieces are constructed of stainless steel and are zinc plated for strength and corrosion protection
  • Solid brass trim offers better corrosion resistance then other materials
  • Can be installed on left or right handed doors and is user reversible
  • Only ships with a square corner latch plate
  • Comes with combination wood/machine screws for installation in wood or metal doors
  • Knob design is not ADA compliant
  • 10 year limited warranty for the original owner
