The Design House replacement square corner 2-way latch is for use with Design House locksets. Designed for left or right hand doors, this bolt latch can adjust to fit the two most common backsets in the U.S. (2-3/4" and 2-3/8"). The durable 1" latch bolt is plated in nickel and does not budge once in place. This product is ANSI Grade 3 certified, which means this deadbolt is rated for residential security. Mounting hardware is included to simplify installation.
